REVOLUTION

REVOLUTION

At night, I often grow restless by the noises outside.

I want to get up and go out. I want to march with you on the streets.

I want to shout, holding a banner, and bring a revolution.

I want to dismantle my myth and curse our enemies.

I want to grieve and demand justice.

Instead, I enter a house waiting in silences,

where my tongue becomes my eyes,

and my eyes become my ears.

I surrender to our enemies there,

and lie defenseless on the floor.

I can still hear the noises on the streets.

But I no longer have an urge to speak.

I'm disenchanted by every slogan I have written before.

Ever since I have aquatinted my enemies,

I have become a revolution itself.

 RULES OF THE ROAD

One must look only toward their right,

this rule applies to all individuals

who have lost their left eye.

One must look only toward their left,

this rule applies to all individuals

who have lost their right eye.

Let's not look in the rearview mirror,

it's a dangerous thing!

This rule applies to everyone.

But the most important rules they never taught.

No one looked around. No one looked ahead.

We all went on a fatal journey!
